What you are buying is the version 2.5 of a replacement part for Solenoid Valve that can be found on following vehicles:

BMW E60 M5   (05/2003 — 12/2009)
BMW E61 M5 LCI   (12/2005 — 04/2010)
BMW E63 M6  (03/2004 — 07/2010)
BMW E64 M6  (07/2005 — 07/2010)

I am the ONLY seller on eBay and worldwide as well that has the authorization to sell the version 2.5 solenoids. Please be careful on what you might be getting if other sellers claim they have the latest version too.

The BMW OEM part number for this solenoid is 11367841072.

This part is a replacement part and NOT an exact replica to its BMW OEM counter part. This part has various differences both externally and internally that can be visually seen from its OEM counter part.

This part is the version 2.5 of the part(version 1, version 2) that came out in Jan, 2018 and Sep, 2018 respectively.  1500+ of v1and v2 solenoids are sold and they helped many M5/M6 owners and at the same time, much feedback, both positive and negative, had been collected and we used that to improve the design and machining for v2.5 solenoids.

V2 solenoid samples have been installed on 3 different cars and received all positive feedback in both initial ISTA/D based testing and later on, intensive real life road testing. Test results showed more consistency in terms of the responsiveness from the process to place the camshaft in the right angle and position at right time compared with v1 solenoids.

There is a thread on M5Board forum that has detailed discussions on this part:

Some real world customer feedback I have received thus far regarding V2 solenoids:

I ran the test about 15 min ago. In the picture yours are on the left, OEM on right. When I first got them hooked up there was the smallest leak coming from your side, and none from the OEM side, but I actuated the the solenoid one time and the leak went away, they sealed right up, so it just needed to be seated. (The car will automatically do this when the person starts up the engine) so according to my tests results, I would say you have solenoids that are as good as OEM, I would recommend them to a friend, and I would buy them for my personal car. Congrats and thank you for waiting around, my apologies again for being so busy.

Another one:

Wanna give a big thanks to Sophie as he sent me 2 of the Version 2 solenoids that he recently got. About a month ago Sophie mentioned he got some new solenoids and needed someone to test them out, so I offered to test them out to see exactly how they would perform based on others reviews previous to mine and they work the same as oem if not better. Originally I was super critical as to if these solenoids would work or not, and if anyone has been staying with this thread since the beginning, you will see where I was criticizing it "just scroll up a few pages". Anyways as soon as I received the solenoids in the mail, I went straight into pulling everything apart because I was getting low quality readings for Bank 2 on my originals. Once it was all done, I performed a series of VANOS test and got all OK's with 0.80 intake and 0.83 on exhaust. I have driven approximately 300 plus miles, and I will continue updating you guys as time goes.

One more from eBay user, bv10dan:

Them seems to be working good...Installed them and bled the system... engine runs great and no codes came back. As for the readings from the test, I didn't take a screenshot but they were all running around 0.9
